Providing Engineering, Technical, and Programmatic Support to the NAVSEA Warfare Centers

To meet Chief of Naval Operations Seapower 21 goals and objectives, the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) have aligned to provide seamless integrated support for the 12 core Product Area Directorates (PADs). SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) made electronic procurement of Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services at NAVSEA a reality. The Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) have decided to leverage the successes and efficiencies of the SeaPort-e business model by designating SeaPort-e the vehicle of choice for future Engineering, Financial, and Program Management contractor support services.

To support these goals, DLS Engineering Associates has assembled a team of companies that complement each other and are committed to providing the highest levels of service. Our goal is to provide the NAVSEA Warfare Centers (NWC), NAVSEA Program Executive Offices (PEOs), and Directorates with a multi-disciplined, complementary, and cohesive team throughout our support regions. The Team is sized for management ease and flexibility, will operate under a streamlined structure, and will be supported by the latest in technology.
