DLS Management Team
Donna S. Fischer, founder of DLS Engineering Associates, Inc., possesses over twenty-five years of engineering experience. She started her career in 1975 with Shell Oil Company as a Project Engineer working on High Pressure Steam Generation Plants and various Chemical Plants. Donna was responsible for the correction of mechanical operational failures and for repair and new installations. Donna joined M. Rosenblatt & Son, Inc. in 1982 as a Senior Project Engineer. She was promoted to Field Engineering Manager and Contract Manager for an 80 person office with overall technical responsibility for all Field Engineers and Technicians. As a Field Engineer she was responsible for overall engineering management through job completion. Donna has conducted over 300 shipboard inspections resulting in extensive experience with each major class of SURFLANT Ships. Donna established DLS Engineering in 1995 where she currently provides overall management as President and Owner. She also manages multiple subcontracts supporting U.S. Navy Shipboard Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (H M & E) installations and Pollution Abatement System Projects.
